Jakency loads the OpenAI advertising pixel only after you choose Allow. Decline keeps it off and OpenAI is not contacted. The Google Ads tag works differently: it loads on every page, but with Google Consent Mode set to denied, so no advertising cookie, click identifier or personalization is used while you have not consented. Both choices leave the website and enquiry forms available. Opening this information page does not give consent.
Change your choice using the button above or Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops the OpenAI pixel from loading, sets the Google consent status back to denied with ads data redaction on, and removes the accessible cookies and storage listed below. It does not automatically erase data already received by OpenAI or Google. Removing site data in your browser also resets your choice.

What does the OpenAI Pixel measure?
The pixel supports attributing enquiries to advertising. Our website sends lead_created after Web3Forms confirms a successful submission. Clicking Submit, a failed submission or opening the thank-you page directly does not trigger this event.
OpenAI receives technical measurement signals, including a timestamp, website origin and available click and browser identifiers. Network requests also expose connection information such as your IP address. Our event code does not explicitly include the contents of your form.
Automatic advanced matching is enabled in the pixel configuration checked on 3 September 2026. The SDK can detect supported contact details, such as email addresses and telephone numbers, and hash them in the browser before sending them with an event. Hashing is not anonymization. OpenAI receives conversion data under its advertising terms. These describe measurement, optimization and other advertising uses, and generally treat Jakency and OpenAI as independent controllers, except for restricted processing. See OpenAI Conversion Terms and the Ad Tools DPA.
What does the Google Ads tag measure?
The Google Ads tag (AW-937680757) supports attributing enquiries to Google advertising. It is requested from googletagmanager.com on every page view. Before that request leaves, the page sets Google Consent Mode to denied for ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization and analytics storage, and switches on ads data redaction, which strips advertising click identifiers from the measurement signals.
This means a measurement signal reaches Google even without your consent, without an advertising cookie or click identifier. Such a request still exposes connection information, including your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing. If you choose Allow, the consent status becomes granted, Google may set the advertising cookies listed below, and the signals may include the Google click identifier in the link you arrived through. Our tag code does not itself add the contents of your form.

When Web3Forms confirms a successful submission and your consent is valid at that moment, the website reports a conversion to Google Ads. Clicking Submit, a failed submission or a direct visit to the thank-you page does not. Enhanced conversions are switched on for that conversion action, checked on 14 September 2026, so the Google tag can recognize supported contact details such as an email address or telephone number, hash them in the browser and send them to match the conversion to an ad click. Hashing is not anonymization. Without consent no conversion is reported, so no hashed details are sent either.

Cookie expiry is not the same as retention of data on a provider's servers. We have not confirmed a pixel-specific server retention period from the public documentation. Forms, bookings and external links
Web3Forms processes the details you submit so Jakency can receive and answer your request. This is separate from permission for advertising measurement. The booking pages embed Calendly, which contacts that provider and has its own storage and privacy settings. This advertising preference is not a site-wide control for Calendly. WhatsApp and social links open external services; their policies apply there.
