Senova

Senova is an independent overview of residential care centers and assisted living homes in Flanders, free for families. It helps people compare by location, price and care demand, without passing on their data to sellers. Jakency built the entire website. In a sensitive and complex sector such as elderly care, reliable, clear information is the entire product, and therefore the core of visibility.

About the project

Senova clearly brings together a fragmented market: information about the type of care, price and availability can be found per facility and per region. Jakency designed and built the entire website, including the design. The calm, neat design carries the message of independence and confidence that families are looking for in this phase. Senova is currently live in Antwerp and Limburg.

The challenge

Elderly care is a sensitive subject where trust and correctness determine everything. The content must be accurate, understandable and reassuring, while at the same time discoverable for families' local and situation-specific searches.

The approach

The basis is a well-thought-out content strategy that clearly explains each form of care and region. Because the offer is region-specific, local SEO carries a lot of weight. And as families increasingly turn to AI for their questions, we're preparing content for AI search and answer engines.

Why this project is fascinating

Senova shows how content quality and visibility coincide: in a sensitive sector, the best, clearest explanation is what both families and search engines reward. Trust is the real ranking factor here.
